From the receptionist to the cleaning personnel it was fantastic. Their courteous attitude was really amazing. The place was like a paradise. I already recommended it to some friends. 👍👏🏾

They accepted pets which is a huge plus for us. There is a fee, but that's understandable. Room was a King Suite with Kitchen. Room was comfortable. Staff were very nice.

This is our fourth stay at this location and it has never failed to satisfy. We volunteer at the Samaritan's Purse Operation Christmas Child processing center in Charlotte, and this location is at the opposite end of the street; very convenient! Tip about the breakfast - If you disassemble the breakfast biscuit (separate the biscuit from its contents) and use the toaster in the room to toast the biscuit, and then warm the contents in the microwave for about 30 seconds, it will taste much better than relying solely on the microwave. The 1 bedroom double beds with a couch sofa was very spacious and very comfortable. Staff was great even the ones that couldn't speak English.
