The room was very nice. Very clean and acceptable. The breakfast was Very good. The biscuit and gravy was awesome. The young lady named ( Laneece). was so welcoming, polite, and helpful. Her attitude was better than the people serving at the front desk. She smiled at you and was very helpful. She deserves a paid day off!!!!!

From the receptionist to the cleaning personnel it was fantastic. Their courteous attitude was really amazing. The place was like a paradise. I already recommended it to some friends. 👍👏🏾

This is our fourth stay at this location and it has never failed to satisfy. We volunteer at the Samaritan's Purse Operation Christmas Child processing center in Charlotte, and this location is at the opposite end of the street; very convenient! Tip about the breakfast - If you disassemble the breakfast biscuit (separate the biscuit from its contents) and use the toaster in the room to toast the biscuit, and then warm the contents in the microwave for about 30 seconds, it will taste much better than relying solely on the microwave.
