This is our fourth stay at this location and it has never failed to satisfy. We volunteer at the Samaritan's Purse Operation Christmas Child processing center in Charlotte, and this location is at the opposite end of the street; very convenient! Tip about the breakfast - If you disassemble the breakfast biscuit (separate the biscuit from its contents) and use the toaster in the room to toast the biscuit, and then warm the contents in the microwave for about 30 seconds, it will taste much better than relying solely on the microwave. They accepted pets which is a huge plus for us. There is a fee, but that's understandable. Room was a King Suite with Kitchen. Room was comfortable. Staff were very nice.

Booking was easy and provided the Booking.com cancellation policy which is always a plus. Thankfully we did not have to use it. The price for a suite in Charlotte was excellent. Location is convenient to the Billy Graham Library and the cafe next door had good food. We were given bag breakfasts due to COVID. The 2 bedroom suite with pull out sofa met our needs. Parking was free and plentiful.
